Q1.How can I buy?

At 2thelittlestore.com we want you to enjoy buying any of our products. That’s why the procedure that you have to follow in order to complete your order is really easy and simple.

Explore our online store using the relevant categories of our products in order to find what you are looking for. As soon as you find the product you wish to buy, select your preferable size & color and click the button “Add to cart”. When you finish your shopping, click on the top right button “View Cart” in order to check your cart and then follow the steps to complete your order.

Q2. Which are the available payment methods?

1.PayPal

Paypal is the most widely used and most secure payment gateway on the Internet. Add a credit card to your PayPal account and simply login with your email address and password in order to complete your order from our online store. Paypal covers you via buyer protection throughout your purchase,  having a secured transaction. 2. Credit/DebitCard

You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro , American Express and Diners via the secure online system of Alpha Bank (Greece). To complete the transaction with your credit card, you must fill in the form with your card details (card number, expiration date, CCV). Keep in mind that we do not hold any information about your credit card, all personal data transmission is done through the secure gateway of Alpha Bank.

4. Bank Account Deposit (Only for Greece)

You have the option to pay your order via deposit to the following bank account :

You must use your Order ID as payment reference. The order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared into our account. You can also send us the receipt of your bank deposit via email at info@2thelittlestore.com. The stock of the products will be hold for three (3) working days. If the payment of your order is not completed within the time limit of three working days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Cash on Delivery (Only for Greece)

You can choose this payment method if you want to pay your order with cash upon its receipt. The charge of COD service is 2 €.

Q3. Can I return a product?

Exchanges

If you wish to change the product you bought, you need to apply a request through email at info@2thelittlestore.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date and send the product(s) within three (3) calendar days of the approval date of it from us. Please notice that the product must be unworn, in a perfect condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. Once we receive your return, you will be informed from us through email and then you will to have make a new order through email or phone within fourteen (14) calendar days and mention your previous order ID. If the new product of your order is at a higher price than the exchanged one, you will be informed from us to pay the difference of the price. In case undesirable product you must return the product and choose other one product of equal or greater value. At both cases, the deposit of money is made within the next seven (7) working days.

The receipt of the payment is obligatory for both returns & exchanges.

Charges

For orders within Greece the charge of the return is 2 € and the charge of the exchange is 2 € with the shipping company of our choice otherwise you can choose the courier company that you prefer with the equivalent shipping costs.
For orders out of Greece (countries of European Union) you will be charged for the return with the shipping costs of each courier company that you will choose. The cost for the exchange will be charged according to the normal shipping costs (depending of the destination country).

Faulty/wrongly supplied products

If the product you received is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us through email or phone quoting your order number, the details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the faulty or wrongly supplied items to return them to us. In this case you will not be charged with shipping costs.

Q4. Are there any shipping costs?

Our online store delivers its products Worldwide.

GREECE

All orders within Greece are shipped via the following ways:

1. Speedex Courier. The anticipated delivery is 1-2 business days and the cost is 5 €.

2. Postal Service. The anticipated delivery is 4-5 business days and the cost is 3 euro

The anticipated delivery may change for far or inaccessible areas.
If you want to pay your order with cash upon its receipt, the extra charge is 2 €.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE

All orders outside Greece are shipped via postal service.

The anticipated delivery is 7-8 business days and the cost is 10 €.
